Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Complete required facility assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations during orientation

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – permanent Ohio license or Compact license required and must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
No open background check cases or license hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single facility
Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the same specialty from assignments within the past 12 months
